Shipping

Where do you ship?

(1) We ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
(2) We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), or internationally.

How long does shipping take?

(1) We aim to ship within 1–3 business days after payment is completed.
(2) After shipment, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days and may vary by location and carrier conditions.

Where do I contact you for shipping issues or complaints?

(2) Include your order number, photos of the shipping label, product photos, and close-up photos or video of the issue.
(3) We can only process issues reported within 7 days of the delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

Can I get a refund if my dog doesn’t like it or I’m not satisfied?

No. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including preference or satisfaction.

Can I get a refund after opening the package?

No. Opened/used items (including broken seals) are non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason.

What situations qualify for an exception?

(1) Limited exceptions apply only for wrong item, damage, or defect reported within 7 days of delivery.
(2) Our default resolution is replacement/reshipment, and refunds may be offered only if necessary at our discretion.

Order Changes/Cancellation

Can I change my address/options or cancel after placing an order?

(1) Yes, but only before the order ships.
(2) Please submit your request via Support > Order Changes (Request Form).
(3) If your order is close to shipment, we may not be able to apply the request even if submitted.
